I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) with a graduate degree from Arizona State University. I am committed to helping my clients overcome challenges and provide a safe space in which clients can learn more about themselves. I am passionate about helping others in times of need and believe in meeting people where they are at.

I specialize in working with a wide variety of clients, including couples, families, and individuals. Utilizing relational approaches, I help clients explore their lived experiences. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Bowenian Therapy to support clients in making progress toward their goals. I am certified in Gottman Level One and integrate it into my approach. Through collaboration and compassion, I strive to foster an environment in which my clients feel heard and supported.
