Ariana is a graduate student at Grand Canyon University pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. Ariana is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, compassion, and understanding. She values creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and honestly. Ariana is especially interested in helping clients navigate anxiety, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and relationship challenges while empowering them to recognize their strengths and build resilience. She believes that strong therapeutic relationships are an important part of healing and growth, and she strives to help clients.
