Jenna Thiel is a Counseling Intern pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach, and has experience providing crisis counseling. Jenna is a therapist intern who works with children, teens, and adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and difficulty coping with everyday challenges. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Jenna helps clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to cope, communicate, and move forward. Jenna works under clinical supervision and is committed to meeting clients with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.
