Marlene is a graduate student at Grand Canyon University pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New Mexico State University. Marlene takes a collaborative and person-centered approach to counseling, recognizing that each client brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals to the counseling process. She is especially interested in helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and the many experiences that can impact emotional well-being. Marlene believes counseling is an opportunity for clients to better understand themselves and their experiences while developing tools that support personal growth and positive change. She strives to meet each client where they are and provide support tailored to their individual needs and goals.
